Marks & Spencer (M&S) recognised customers were increasingly using mobile devices to view their existing ‘desktop’ web site and make payment transactions. The purpose of the mCommerce project was to extend the M&S brand on to the mobile channel and to create another direct communications channel with consumers.
For Walkers’ 2009 Gary’s Great Trips campaign Jigsaw created a website and mobile internet site where consumers could search for rewards and redeem offers against more than 35,000 trips. Consumers could redeem codes found on packs of crisps by texting them to a shortcode, and Jigsaw also managed the transition of fans from the Do us a Flavour campaign to the Gary’s Great Trips promotion.
