The past few months have seen MIG working hard towards driving M-commerce revenues for its clients and partners by delivering robust and reliable mobile payment solutions and scooping an Innovation Award for PayforIT from Vodafone UK.
MIG has taken a uniquely consultative approach, to working with the mobile operators and content providers around payforIT, in order to deliver consumer confidence and trust in purchasing content via mobile phones. Key features of this consultative approach included, the provision of key industry insights in to shaping the PayforIT scheme rules and liaising with mobile operators around solutions, such as signing up to SMS alerts, implementing marketing Opt-in boxes for non-payment services and verification of consumer identification.
