MIG Mobile Marketing Approach

The purpose of our mobile strategy development is:

  • To define which of our client’s core business objectives can be impacted by utilising the mobile channel
  • To define a set of products, services and activities that our clients should develop over a 3 year period
  • To build a roadmap for development of these services that can form the basis of a business plan
  • To future-proof our client’s business and create competitive advantage against the developing mobile future

The result of our work is an extensive plan, derived from our strategy definition process. This plan has 3 main components consisting of:

  • Mobile industry knowledge and forecasting – including device and OS futures, network operator activity, the mobile media landscape, mobile channels and technologies, demographics, and the emerging next-gen landscape of mCommerce, mobile web and mobile social networking.
  • Business analysis and change consultancy – including the identification of business objectives, client change control and implementation
  • Mobile program definition – including definition of all the potential products that our client should deliver to market abd illustration of objective, functions, audience, best practice, relevant case studies, detailed creative mock-ups, and forecast uptake and return.
