Vodafone VIP, which was conceptualised and executed from end-to-end by MIG, is Vodafone UK’s first ever multiplatform digital loyalty campaign.  The campaign was designed to reward devoted pre and post pay customers, with rewards centred based on their long term sponsorship and support of F1 and their affiliation with music.  Participants have the opportunity to win ‘money can’t buy tickets’, enter competitions to have lunch with Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton to benefit from discount vouchers to redeem in several UK online and high street retail stores.

The loyalty platform, built in-house by Jigsaw, covers both web and mobile and enables 17 million UK customers to view the latest offers for VIP members whilst on the move.  It also allows full segmentation to ensure all communications are relevant.
