Who we are

Jigsaw, part of Mobile Interactive Group (MIG), is a full-service digital solutions agency. Our work embraces online, mobile, social media and eCRM programmes to drive loyalty, and to delivery truly integrated campaigns and eCRM programmes.

Technology is at the heart of everything we do and we have a great team which combines digital architects with digital engineers.  This blend gives us the unique ability to conceptualise great ideas and to execute campaigns for our clients, incorporating full campaign management, reporting, data analysis and interpretation.

Our Approach

We choose to work closely with our clients to understand their objectives, which enables us to deliver the right level of engagement, across a plethora of relevant channels that the consumer prefers to engage with.

The winning ingredient is getting the right mix and balance of mobile, online, social media and eCRM – This is when the magic really starts to happen.

Our work on the ‘Do Us a Flavour – Win a Packet’ campaign for Walkers crisps embraced both web and mobile internet sites, an SMS Voting Platform, mobile games for iPhone and Java based phones, a Facebook site to incorporate social media and an eCRM campaign which used email and SMS.  The campaign was hugely successful generating 1.4m flavour suggestions, 1.2m consumer views, 160,000 iPhone downloads and 825,000 consumer opt-ins.

Our Technology

Technology is at the heart of everything we do.

We invest heavily in our platforms and all development takes place in our R&D Centre in Devon, which primarily focuses on new and emerging technology.  Being fully transparent in all communications, our clients have access to our R&D teams to ensure their campaigns deliver the optimum results.

Jigsaw has a unique set of tools, platforms and engines which allow us to develop complex, integrated campaigns that work across all digital channels.  This toolset enables the team to develop eCRM campaigns, manage user generated content, build loyalty and retention campaigns and to use a series of other tools to allow for geo-targeting, auctions and more.
